Welcome to June's Pinterest Pick 3 Linky hosted by Marissa from the Inspired Owl's Corner, Lisa from PAWSitively Teaching, and Ashley from Just Reed! It's June and school is either out or soon-to-be-out!! The weather is finally warm and soon we will all be enjoying it! So nice! I found some cool pins that I hope you will find inspiring to wind down the year or enjoy summer--and to remember Dad on his special day!
Father's Day is Sunday, June 19th.
I love these cool Father's Day cards and gift bags! Kids will have fun making them and Dad will love receiving them! This is the perfect place to wrap a sweet note to Dad telling him how much he is loved! This activity is a great school project that reinforces the importance of thinking of others! I don't think we can do that enough!
Planning Summer Fun
Writing lists is so important for kids. Lists help them to plan and focus and realize a sense of accomplishment as they check-off completed items from their list. The list pictured is representative of items on a younger child's list, but list writing is appropriate for all grades and adults too! The completed summer list highlights a great summer full of fun! Additionally, it is a nice treat to write a list of fun things to do instead of a list of chores to do!
Summer Fruit Salad
This is the perfect treat for your year-end party. It is so much healthier than a bag of chips and using the watermelon rind to create a pirate ship makes an exciting centerpiece too. Use this design to create an impressive dessert for your summer guests of any age!
